Facebook has recently made changes to its review platform. As a result, reviews may be inaccessible on your Facebook Business Pages.

This issue is a result of Facebook releasing a new reviews tab. If a business has not been marked as a Local Business on Facebook and a physical address has not been included in the Facebook profile, the reviews tab within Facebook will not be visible. Without this tab, customers will be unable to leave new reviews. In addition, existing review content will no longer appear on the page, meaning we will be unable to link to existing reviews via Social Reputation reporting.

To correct the issue, your clients must ensure they are listed as a Local Business on Facebook and that their Facebook profiles contain a business address. Please direct them to Facebook's help page for step-by-step instructions.
